House Rules

Please note the following information: If any of these situations occur during your stay, you will be charged a fee.
1- Keys left inside – Call-out fee: 50€ (during/after your stay). Key in the lock – Door opening: 150€, Lost keys: from 500€ to 1200€.
2- Respect the tranquility of neighbors. The volume inside and outside the dwelling must be contained throughout the day. It is PROHIBITED to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 8am.
3- Respect the maximum number of people.
4- Parties are strictly forbidden
5- Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness of the housing, do not throw anything on the ground either inside or outside the home. If your home is left in an excessive state of dirt, you will be charged € 300 extra for a thorough cleaning.
6- Please put your garbage in the bins of the building provided for this purpose. Do not leave your garbage on public roads.
7- Be sure to keep the furniture and equipment made available to you in good condition. Any damage or breakage will be retained on your deposit. Do not clog the toilet, the intervention of a plumber will be charged 120 €.
8- Safety of the house: Be sure to lock the access doors to the dwelling. You are responsible for any theft or damage in case of non-compliance with this clause.
9- Non-smoking apartment: The accommodation is entirely NON-SMOKING - A fine of 2.000 € will be invoiced in case of non-respect of this clause.
10- Animals are strictly forbidden.

The space
The apartment is equipped to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is located on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator, in a pleasant and lively street.

You will be in the Opera / St Lazare district, near the boulevard Haussmann and the department stores.

The apartment is at your disposal, it is arranged on one level and is composed as follows:
- Living room: flat screen TV (cable / satellite), dining area, coffee table and sofa bed.
- Kitchen: microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine.
- First bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables.
- Second bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables.
- First bathroom: shower.
- Second bathroom: bath.
- Separate toilets

The most: washer-dryer, ironing equipment, hairdryer.

One of the most remarkable features is the view from the living room.

Check-in is after 4PM and Check-out is no later than 11AM.
Additional notes
It's great to have your breakfast in an authentic cafe where Parisians meet before going to work, such as the Café Matisse close to the apartment.

In the neighbourhood you will find everything you need for your stay, such as an excellent Crêperie, La Gavotte, where you will find delicious pancakes served by a friendly team, or the typical Parisian bistro, Le Parme, with an attentive team and a very good menu in a cosy atmosphere.
