House Rules

Please note the following information:
1- Respect the tranquility of neighbors. The volume inside and outside the dwelling must be contained throughout the day. It is PROHIBITED to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 8am.
2- Respect the maximum number of people.
3- Parties are strictly forbidden
4- Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness of the housing, do not throw anything on the ground either inside or outside the home. If your home is left in an excessive state of dirt, you will be charged € 300 extra for a thorough cleaning.
5- Be sure to keep the furniture and equipment made available to you in good condition. Any damage or breakage will be retained on your deposit. Do not clog the toilet, the intervention of a plumber will be charged 120 €.
6- Safety of the house: Be sure to lock the access doors to the dwelling. You are responsible for any theft or damage in case of non-compliance with this clause.
7- Non-smoking apartment: The accommodation is entirely NON-SMOKING - A fine of 2.000 € will be invoiced in case of non-respect of this clause.
8- Animals are strictly forbidden.

The space
A few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the apartment is equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is in a quiet and pleasant street.

The apartment is at your disposal, it is arranged on one level and is composed as follows:
- Living room: flat screen TV (cable / satellite), sofa, coffee table and a dining area.
- Kitchen: microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine.
- First bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables.
- Second bedroom: Double bed and a large desk.
- Bathroom: shower, washing machine.
- Separate toilets

The most: washer-dryer, ironing equipment, hairdryer.

Included: High-speed Wi-Fi, Shampoo, Soap, Vanity Kit, hotel quality linens and towels.

All in a warm and cozy atmosphere, freshly renovated by an architect. The old parquet brings charm and authenticity. One of the most remarkable features is the brightness throughout the apartment brought by the windows present in each room.

I travel to many countries and cities for my work and as a family. I use the apartment rental to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle of each city and for the good advice given by the hosts. Recently, I decided to offer the same service by entrusting my apartment to Joie Paris.

Neighborhood overview
C'est super de prendre son petit déjeuner dans un authentique café où les parisiens se rencontrent avant d'aller travailler, comme par exemple le Café Aux PTT, lieu de rendez-vous des postiers, à seulement 100m de l'appartement.

La rue Bosquet, où se situe l'appartement, regorge de secrets gastronomiques, un délicieux restaurant vietnamien sert les classiques mais aussi des spécialités maison vraiment originales. Les légumes verts à l'ail sont un plat parfait pour les vegans, que je ne peux que recommander.
Au 68 de l'avenue Bosquet, essayez le 7ème Vin. Cuisine française excellente servie par une charmante équipe. Mon vin blanc favori est le Saint-Véran, fruité mais pas trop sucré, que vous pourrez déguster au verre.

L’appartement se trouve dans le 7ème Arrondissement. Un quartier idéal pour visiter les lieux incontournables de Paris.
