House Rules

As in any apartment, we kindly ask you to respect the rules that we have put in place in order to be able to maintain a quality service and a pleasant atmosphere for all.
- Take care of the keys. If the keys are left inside during your stay, it will cost you a move of €120. For a key stuck, broken in the lock, lost or a door opening the price will be communicated by the locksmith, we may be obliged to change the barrel of the lock for security.
- Please respect the tranquility of the neighbours. The volume inside and outside the dwelling must be contained throughout the day. It is FORBIDDEN to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
- Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Keep the apartment clean. Make sure the accommodation is clean, do not throw anything on the ground either inside or outside the apartment. If the apartment is left excessively dirty, you will be charged an additional €300 for deep cleaning.
- Make sure to keep the furniture in good condition. If anything is damaged or broken, it will be charged. Do not clog the toilets, the intervention of a plumber will be invoiced according to the plumber's estimate.
- Security of the apartment. Be sure to lock the housing door. You are responsible for any theft or damage.
- The apartment is non-smoking. The accommodation is completely NON-SMOKING - A fine of €2,000 will be charged in the event of non-compliance.
- Pets are strictly prohibited
- Environmentally friendly. Please turn off the TV and lights when you leave the apartment.

Housing
The 110 m2 apartment is bright, spacious and atypical. It is on 3 levels. It is equipped to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
The apartment is at your entire disposal, it is composed as follows:
• Living room: flat screen TV (cable/satellite), sofa, coffee table, a dining area (6 chairs and a table) and a large library.
• Kitchen: microwave, hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and kitchen utensils.
• Bedroom 1: single bed (90 x 200 cm), office cupboard.
• Bedroom 2: single bed (120 x 200 cm), on the mezzanine, desk, cupboard.
• Bedroom 3: 2 beds [1 single bed (90 x 200 cm) on the mezzanine + 1 single bed], desk, cupboard.
• Bedroom 4: double bed (160 x 200 cm), desk and wardrobe.
• Bathroom: walk-in shower, bathtub, heated towel rail & WC.
• Additional WC
The extras: fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen provided, welcome products offered (shampoo, shower gel, soap), washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ironing equipment and hair dryer.

Neighborhood overview
In the heart of the Latin Quarter, historic district of Paris, next to the Arènes de Lutèce, opposite the Jardin des Plantes and very close to rue Mouffetard. You will find many public libraries, several arthouse cinemas, theaters, themed cabarets, numerous publishing houses and bookshops.
It's great to have breakfast in an authentic café where Parisians meet before going to work, such as Le Monge.
You will find in the neighborhood everything you need for your stay such as an excellent Korean restaurant, La Table d'Hami, where you can find vegetarian options served by a friendly team. Or the Taiwanese restaurant, ZAOKA, with a friendly team, a great menu, all in a cozy atmosphere.
