Please note the following information: If any of these situations occur during your stay, you will be charged a fee.
1- Keys left inside – Call-out fee: 50€ (during/after your stay). Key in the lock – Door opening: 150€, Lost keys: from 500€ to 1200€.
2- Respect the tranquility of neighbors. The volume inside and outside the dwelling must be contained throughout the day. It is PROHIBITED to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 8am.
3- Respect the maximum number of people.
4- Parties are strictly forbidden
5- Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness of the housing, do not throw anything on the ground either inside or outside the home. If your home is left in an excessive state of dirt, you will be charged € 300 extra for a thorough cleaning.
6- Please put your garbage in the bins of the building provided for this purpose. Do not leave your garbage on public roads.
7- Be sure to keep the furniture and equipment made available to you in good condition. Any damage or breakage will be retained on your deposit. Do not clog the toilet, the intervention of a plumber will be charged 120 €.
8- Safety of the house: Be sure to lock the access doors to the dwelling. You are responsible for any theft or damage in case of non-compliance with this clause.
9- Non-smoking apartment: The accommodation is entirely NON-SMOKING - A fine of 2.000 € will be invoiced in case of non-respect of this clause.
10- Animals are strictly forbidden.
