The space

This 32m² apartment on the first floor with lift is located in a quiet and secure residence. You will find around you many shops and restaurants. Neighborhood life is very present, you will love the mix of modern architecture and Haussmann buildings that mark the identity of this district near the Quais de Seine and 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower.
The apartment is equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is at your entire disposal and is arranged on one level and is composed as follows:
• Living room: sofa bed (with a real mattress of 140X190 cm), a dining area & a library.
• Kitchen: microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, kitchen utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine.
• Bedroom: double bed (140X190 cm), bedside table & wardrobe, flat screen TV (cable/satellite)
• Bathroom: shower, sink & WC.

The extras: fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen provided, welcome products offered (shampoo, shower gel, soap), washing machine-dryer, ironing equipment & hairdryer.

Neighborhood overview

The apartment is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, a few steps from the new Beaugrenelle shopping center. It is a residential area, where you will be at the heart of the life of many Parisians. The quays of the Seine five minutes from the apartment bring a big plus with the Bateaux Mouches, and the many bars and restaurants open from May to October. The Eiffel Tower at 15 minutes walk from the apartment and will add the finishing touch to this unique location.
The Bourdelle Museum features the studio and garden of sculptor Antoine Bourdelle, where artists like Chagall also worked. Located on the banks of the Seine, the vast André-Citroën park attracts tourists and families to its greenhouses and its hot air balloon, connected to the ground by a cable and allowing you to enjoy a view of the city. The center of Paris and the main tourist sites are quickly accessible from the apartment using public transport. The RER C station 5 minutes away on foot also makes it easy to get to Versailles to visit the Palace (30 minutes).

House Rules

As in any apartment, we kindly ask you to respect the rules that we have put in place in order to be able to maintain a quality service and a pleasant atmosphere for all.
- Take care of the keys. If the keys are left inside during your stay, it will cost you a move of €120. For a key stuck, broken in the lock, lost or a door opening the price will be communicated by the locksmith, we may be obliged to change the barrel of the lock for security.
- Please respect the tranquility of the neighbours. The volume inside and outside the housing must be contained throughout the day. It is FORBIDDEN to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
- Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Keep the apartment clean. Make sure the accommodation is clean, do not throw anything on the ground either inside or outside the apartment. If the apartment is left excessively dirty, you will be charged an extra €300 for deep cleaning.
- Make sure to keep the furniture in good condition. If anything is damaged or broken, it will be charged. Do not clog the toilets, the intervention of a plumber will be invoiced according to the plumber's estimate.
- Security of the apartment. Be sure to lock the housing door. You are responsible for any theft or damage.
- The apartment is non-smoking. The accommodation is completely NON-SMOKING - A fine of €2,000 will be charged in the event of non-compliance.
- Pets are strictly prohibited
- Environmentally friendly. Please turn off the TV and lights when you leave the apartment.
