The space

The 30m² apartment is located in the Latin Quarter near the Pantheon, the Jardin des Plantes and rue Mouffetard. It is equipped to accommodate 4 people. It will be perfect for a couple or a family with two children. It might be too small for 4 adults. It is located on the 5th floor without elevator.
The apartment is at your entire disposal, it is arranged on one level and is composed as follows:
• Living room: flat screen TV (cable/satellite), coffee table, table, four chairs and sofa bed.
• Kitchen area: hotplates, kettle, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine.
• Bedroom: double bed (140X200cm), bedside tables, a piano, storage & a desk.
• Bathroom: bath & towel dryer.
• Balcony

The extras: bed and bath linen provided, welcome products offered (shampoo, shower gel, soap), ironing equipment, hair dryer & high-speed Wi-Fi.

It's great to have breakfast in an authentic café where Parisians meet before going to work, such as Le Val Café, a few steps from the apartment.
In the neighborhood you will find everything you need for your stay such as an excellent French restaurant, Cave La Bourgogne, where you can find typical French dishes served by a friendly team. Or the creperie, Au P’tit Grec, with a friendly team, a great menu, all in a cozy atmosphere.

House Rules

As in any apartment, we kindly ask you to respect the rules that we have put in place in order to be able to maintain a quality service and a pleasant atmosphere for all.
- Take care of the keys. If the keys are left inside during your stay, it will cost you a move of €120. For a key stuck, broken in the lock, lost or a door opening the price will be communicated by the locksmith, we may be obliged to change the barrel of the lock for security.
- Please respect the tranquility of the neighbours. The volume inside and outside the dwelling must be contained throughout the day. It is FORBIDDEN to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
- Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Keep the apartment clean. Make sure the accommodation is clean, do not throw anything on the ground either inside or outside the apartment. If the apartment is left excessively dirty, you will be charged an additional €300 for deep cleaning.
- Make sure to keep the furniture in good condition. If anything is damaged or broken, it will be charged. Do not clog the toilets, the intervention of a plumber will be invoiced according to the plumber's estimate.
- Security of the apartment. Be sure to lock the housing door. You are responsible for any theft or damage.
- The apartment is non-smoking. The accommodation is completely NON-SMOKING - A fine of €2,000 will be charged in the event of non-compliance.
- Pets are strictly prohibited
- Environmentally friendly. Please turn off the TV and lights when you leave the apartment.
