The space

A few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the apartment is equipped to accommodate 3 people, it will be perfect for a couple or a family with. It is located on the ground floor with three windows that overlook a charming, quiet courtyard. It is 20 meters from rue Cler with all its cafes, restaurants and shops.

The apartment is at your entire disposal, it is arranged on one level and is composed as follows:
• Living room: flat screen TV (cable/satellite), sofa bed (120x190 cm), storage and coffee table.
• Kitchen: microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine.
• Bedroom: double bed (160x190 cm) & wardrobe.
• Bathroom: shower & WC.

The extras: fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen provided, welcome products offered (shampoo, shower gel, soap), washing machine-dryer, ironing equipment, hair dryer & cot and mattress.

Neighborhood overview

It's great to have breakfast in an authentic café where Parisians meet before going to work, like the Café Aux PTT, a meeting place for postal workers, just 100m from the apartment.

Rue Bosquet, where the apartment is located, is full of gastronomic secrets, a delicious Vietnamese restaurant serves the classics but also truly original house specialties. Garlic greens are a perfect dish for vegans, which I can only recommend.
At 68 avenue Bosquet, try the 7th Wine. Excellent French cuisine served by a charming team. My favorite white wine is the Saint-Véran, fruity but not too sweet, which you can enjoy by the glass.

The apartment is located in the 7th Arrondissement. An ideal district for visiting the unmissable places of Paris.

You will find nearby all the shops and restaurants necessary for the smooth running of your stay.

House Rules

As in any apartment, we kindly ask you to respect the rules that we have put in place in order to be able to maintain a quality service and a pleasant atmosphere for all.
- Take care of the keys. If the keys are left inside during your stay, it will cost you a move of €120. For a key stuck, broken in the lock, lost or a door opening the price will be communicated by the locksmith, we may be obliged to change the barrel of the lock for security.
- Please respect the tranquility of the neighbours. The volume inside and outside the housing must be contained throughout the day. It is FORBIDDEN to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
- Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Keep the apartment clean. Make sure the accommodation is clean, do not throw anything on the ground either inside or outside the apartment. If the apartment is left excessively dirty, you will be charged an extra €300 for deep cleaning.
- Make sure to keep the furniture in good condition. If anything is damaged or broken, it will be charged. Do not clog the toilets, the intervention of a plumber will be invoiced according to the plumber's estimate.
- Security of the apartment. Be sure to lock the housing door. You are responsible for any theft or damage.
- The apartment is non-smoking. The accommodation is completely NON-SMOKING - A fine of €2,000 will be charged in the event of non-compliance.
- Pets are strictly prohibited
- Environmentally friendly. Please turn off the TV and lights when you leave the apartment.
