The space

Located in the Lourmel district, near all amenities and the metro, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the second floor and has an elevator. The apartment is entirely at the disposal of travelers, arranged on one level and includes the following elements:
- Living room: flat screen TV (cable/satellite/Netflix), sofa bed (160x200 cm), a dining area, coffee table.
- Kitchen: induction cooker, kettle, oven, fridge/Frizzer, kitchen utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine with dryer.
- Bedroom : double bed (140x190 cm), chest of drawers.
- Bathroom : bathtub and WC.

The plus : fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linens provided, welcome products offered (shampoo, shower gel, soap), ironing equipment, hair dryer.

Additional notes

Our cleaning teams have cleaned and disinfected the apartment before your arrival. Our teams are equipped with a mask, gloves and a visor. The apartment is completely disinfected with virucidal products. Frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls...) are treated as a priority. The linen is provided by a professional who cleans it at very high temperature. Finally, the apartment is ventilated before your arrival.

House Rules

As in any apartment, we ask you to respect the rules that we have set up in order to maintain a quality service and a pleasant atmosphere for all.
- Take care of the keys. If the keys are left inside during your stay, it will cost you a 120 € move. For a stuck key, broken in the lock, lost or a door opening the price will be communicated by the locksmith, we may be obliged to change the barrel of the lock for security.
- Thank you for respecting the tranquility of your neighbors. The volume inside and outside the house must be contained throughout the day. It is FORBIDDEN to make noise in the evening after 10 pm and before 8 am.
- Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- Keep the apartment clean. Make sure the apartment is clean, do not throw anything on the floor inside or outside the apartment. If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty state, you will be charged an additional €300 for a thorough cleaning.
- Make sure to keep the furniture in good condition. If anything is damaged or broken, it will be charged. Do not block the toilets, the intervention of a plumber will be charged according to the plumber's estimate.
- Security of the apartment. Be sure to lock the door to the apartment. You are responsible for any theft or damage.
- The apartment is non-smoking. The apartment is completely NON-SMOKING - A fine of 2.000 € will be charged for non-compliance.
- Animals are strictly forbidden
- Eco-responsible. Please turn off the TV and lights when you leave the apartment.
