House Rules

As in any apartment, we ask you to respect the rules that we have set up in order to maintain a quality service and a pleasant atmosphere for all.
- Take care of the keys. If the keys are left inside the apartment during your stay, you will be charged 120€ for a removal. For a stuck key, broken in the lock, lost or a door opening the price will be communicated by the locksmith, We could be in the obligation to change the barrel of the lock for safety.
- Thank you for respecting the tranquility of your neighbors. The volume inside and outside the home must be contained throughout the day. It is FORBIDDEN to make noise in the evening from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- The apartment is equipped with a Minut noise sensor, linked to Airbnb messaging system to prevent potential noise problems, while respecting privacy. It only reports decibels and does not record.
- Keep the apartment clean. Keep the apartment clean, do not throw anything on the floor inside or outside the apartment. If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty state, you will be charged an additional €300 for a thorough cleaning.
- Please make sure to keep the furniture in good condition. You will be charged for any damage or breakage. Do not block the toilets, the intervention of a plumber will be charged according to his estimate.
- Security of the apartment. Be sure to lock the door of the apartment. You are responsible for any theft or damage.
- The apartment is non-smoking. The apartment is completely NON-SMOKING - A fine of 2.000€ will be charged for non-compliance.
- Animals are strictly forbidden
- Eco-responsible. Please turn off the TV and lights when you leave the apartment.

The space
My studio is located between the 11th and 4th districts of Paris. It is close to the Opera Bastille, the Place de Vosges and the very famous Marais district.
It is equipped to comfortably accommodate 2 people. It is located on the 1st floor without elevator.
The apartment is at your disposal, arranged on one level and is composed as follows

- Living room: double bed (180X200 cm), desk, wardrobe, flat screen TV & a coffee table.
- Open kitchen: microwave, induction cooker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine.
- Shower room: shower, sink, toilet and washer-dryer.

Plus: fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linens provided, complimentary welcome products (shampoo, shower gel, soap), washer-dryer, ironing equipment & hair dryer.

- Arrival before the time, if it is possible, will be communicated to you the day of your arrival at 8:00 am. We will not have the information before. Without a message from us, arrival must be at 4:00 pm.
- Late check-out is not possible.
- No deposit of luggage in the apartment is allowed before check-in.
