House Rules

As in any apartment, we kindly ask you to respect the rules that we have put in place in order to be able to maintain quality service and a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
• Take care of the keys. If the keys are left inside during your stay, you will be charged €120 for travel. For a stuck, broken key in the lock, lost or a door opening the price will be communicated by the locksmith. We may be obliged to change the barrel of the lock for safety.
• Please respect the peace and quiet of neighbors. The volume inside and outside the home must be contained throughout the day. It is FORBIDDEN to make noise in the evening from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
• Respect the maximum number of people authorized in the apartment.
• Parties are strictly prohibited.
• Keep the apartment clean. Maintain the accommodation, do not throw anything on the ground either inside or outside the apartment. If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty state, you will be charged an additional €300 for a deep cleaning.
• Make sure to keep furniture in good condition. You will be charged for damage or breakage. Do not block the toilets, the intervention of a plumber will be invoiced according to his estimate.
• Apartment security. Be sure to lock the housing door. You are responsible for any theft or damage.
• The apartment is non-smoking. The accommodation is entirely NON-SMOKING - A fine of €2,000 will be charged in the event of non-compliance.
• Animals are strictly prohibited
• Environmentally friendly. Please turn off the TV and lights when you leave the apartment.

The space
Located just steps away from the Hôtel Le Collectionneur and Parc Monceau, my apartment is situated in the very chic 8th arrondissement. You'll be a 15-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées, Avenue Montaigne, the Printemps, and Galeries Lafayette. It's a typically Parisian apartment, situated in a Haussmann-style building with luxurious amenities. It comfortably accommodates 6 people and is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, arranged on one level, and is composed as follows:
• Living room: flat screen TV (cable/satellite), dining area, coffee table.
• Kitchen: table with four chairs, microwave, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and Nespresso coffee machine.
• Bedroom 1: double bed (180X200 cm), large dressing room, bedside tables, desk and TV.
• Bedroom 2: double bed (160X200 cm), desk and TV.
• Bedroom 3: double bed (160X200 cm), desk and TV.
• Bathroom 1: Italian shower, double sink, WC.
• Bathroom 2: shower, bath, double sink.
• Separate WC.

The extras: fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen provided, complimentary welcome products (shampoo, shower gel, soap), washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, hairdryer, baby bed and mattresses are also available.

• No luggage storage in the apartment is allowed before check-in.
